The client must pay the full amount at the time of booking. For a cancellation 15 days before the start of the stay, a credit will be given less the cancellation fee of 15% and less than 15 days notice for a major reason.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policy 30 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation, the reservation is not refunded unless it is made 30 days before the arrival date. However, a sum of $25 is kept for administrative costs.

Accommodations are designed for 2 adults and 2 children each. $25 extra for each additional person per night.
